Not for Profit Statement

As of March 01, 2009, the Time Capsules and Legacies 2012 World P.E.A.C.E. Project is funded under the generous contributions of Simply My Event, LLC, a privately-owned company in Centennial, Colorado. Official application to obtain Federal recognition of nonprofit status for the project has been filed in accordance with federal requirements. Until further notice, all funding and commerce exchange associated with the launch and ongoing implementation of the project is currently under the control and management of Simply My Event, LLC, a legally registered business entity, filed in good standing since May of 2007, within the State of Colorado, County of Arapahoe, in the United States of America. The Time Capsules and Legacies 2012 World P.E.A.C.E. Project therefore, is currently recognized as an official D.B.A. of the aforementioned entity.

collateral matters associated with the project.

While the project officially meets all the legal requirements and qualifications to obtain official nonprofit status under the 503(c) IRS Code Rules and Regulations guidelines, due to the extensive time it takes for the process of the application, in conjunction with other controversial subject matter and the nature of sensitive information being publicly disclosed under specific project objectives, it is unlikely that this application will be approved any time soon. We will keep you updated regarding the application status and when the application is approved and your participations become "tax-deductible" under these regulations, you will be notified accordingly.

It remains of significant importance to the project founders and supporters that you are fully aware that for all intents and purposes, that the project’s existence is now, and in all respects, shall always remain to be not-for-profit in nature. The Time Capsules and Legacies Project is, in fact, simply put, a project for the preservation and positive evolution of humanity as is herein described and specifically defined within our official Web site.

The funding for the project is primarily sustained by the participants via donations and other related participation fees. All other possible funding that may become required, but that may not be obtainable via these specific resources, will be obtained through the contributions of the aforementioned management company or other contributions made by alternative interests, be they individual, group or company related in nature. All tax and additional legal obligations or considerations are also addressed and fulfilled, under agreement of law, by Simply My Event, LLC.
